Collectors are central connection components that securely and evenly connect the system lines. By distributing system loads, they improve mooring performance and ensure long-term safe operation.
Collectors serve as central connection elements that securely join system lines. By distributing system loads evenly, they enable the mooring system to operate safely over long periods. The collector connected to the buoy at the upper point functions as the main node where cage and frame connections as well as anchor ropes are gathered, making it one of the most critical components of the system.
Collector selection is determined according to the site conditions and system design loads where it will be used. Engineering calculations considering working load, safety factors, and line diameters directly influence the section and diameter design of the collector.
After the production process is completed, collectors undergo hot-dip galvanization to increase corrosion resistance. Our collectors, manufactured using a casting production model, have a load capacity of up to 240 tons within the current design range.
