Buoys manufactured from LDPE and filled internally with expanded polystyrene foam (EPS) are designed for the most demanding offshore operations, providing high buoyancy capacity. These buoys are widely used in fish farms and offer long-lasting performance thanks to their durable structure. A single-piece polyethylene pipe is located at the center of the body, containing a hot-dip galvanized chain running along its entire length. The upper and lower ends of the buoy are secured with galvanized metal plugs; the upper part features a metal lifting ring for easier handling, while the lower part includes a swivel for connection to the mooring system.
