Buoys manufactured from LDPE and filled internally with expanded polystyrene foam (EPS) are designed for offshore operations. These buoys are widely used in fish farms and provide long-lasting performance thanks to their durable construction. A single-piece polyethylene pipe is located at the center of the body, containing a hot-dip galvanized chain running along its entire length. The upper and lower ends of the buoy are secured with galvanized metal plugs; the upper part features a metal lifting ring for easier handling, while the lower part includes a swivel for connection to the mooring system.
